Bird Of Prey Vets

Always interested in Birds of Prey, Tim acquired his first bird, a female kestrel named Cher, in 1993. He went on to assist some friends at a local Centre until branching out to form Out On A Wing with his wife Tina in 2002.

Many of the birds have been rescued by or donated to Out On A Wing and Tim, together with Tina, has worked hard to retrain them and get them fit for their new careers.

Tim flys a wide variety of birds including Falcons, Vultures, hawks and Owls. Tim's enthusiasm for the birds comes over in his commentaries and his conversations with the members of the public that visit our stand.

You could have also seen Tim at Fritton Lake, (standing in for Trish, the resident falconer, on her days off),till the falconry centre closed a few years ago or helping the Raptor Trust at their shows around East Anglia.
