Terms and Conditions

• The stand will be permanently manned at all times the birds are out on display.
• A minimum of 8  metres deep by 15 metres long is required for static display. Vehicle access from the stand to arena is required if a flying display is booked.
• No fairground attractions, generators or animals (i.e. dog shows,poultry etc) in the immediate area. Please phone for any queries.
• The flying demonstration/s will be approx 30 mins long,a minimum size of 30 m by 30m (or 90x90ft in old money) is required and must be condoned off and free of any hazards (i.e. other flying attractions(kites,planes) or overhead power lines).
• NO GUNS to let off during flying displays.
• A water supply for the birds and preferably the midday sun behind the stand i.e. not facing direct south.
• The safety of the birds is foremost. If the Falconer thinks the weather is too hazardous for the birds, they will be grounded.(e.g. high winds, hailstones or torrential rain) A full fee will still be charged.
